The import fee must be based on Import fees will be charged for the actual product name and declared value; if it needs to be delivered to other addresses in Hong Kong, Hong Kong delivery fees will be charged separately;

    2. The customer needs to entrust our company to pick up the package in the country of origin, and must fill in the power of attorney in detail and correctly. After the power of attorney is stamped with the company seal, fax or E-MAIL to our salesperson, and attach the power of attorney;

    3. When the customer gives our power of attorney, an air waybill number will be automatically generated. This number is used as the query number for this express. The express number can be tracked and inquired on our website;

    4. After the shipment arrives in Hong Kong, our company will review the weight, actual weight and volume ratio, whichever is greater is the billable weight, volume calculation method: length*width*height/5000CM;

    5. When entrusting our company to pick up non-document express shipments, please notify the sender that a commercial invoice must be provided, otherwise it will affect the delivery time limit of the express shipment, and our company does not provide the service of declaration on behalf of it;

    6. Our company accepts entrusted pickup time: Monday to Friday, cut-off time: 16:30PM; before the cut-off time, our company informs the pick-up on the same day, and it takes about 2-3 days to arrive in Hong Kong;

    7. We entrust our company to pick up the package and accept payment from the agent, but the sender is not accepted for the time being.
