        two. Handling methods for prohibited items by delivery service companies:


        (1) If an enterprise finds all kinds of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods, they will not be accepted and mailed if they are found in the receiving and delivery links; they will not be delivered if they are found in the delivery links. Dangerous goods shall be stored in isolation, and for dangerous goods that are prone to harm, the public security department shall be notified, and the national security agency shall be notified at the same time.


        (2) When an enterprise discovers various radioactive materials, biochemical products, anesthetics, infectious materials and potent poisons, it shall immediately notify the chemical prevention and public security departments to deal with them according to the emergency plan. At the same time notify the national security agency.


        (3) Enterprises discover all kinds of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods, if they are found in the receiving and sending link, they shall not be accepted and sent; if they are found in the transit link, they shall stop forwarding; if they are found in the delivery link, they shall not be delivered. Dangerous goods should be stored separately. The public security department shall be notified of the dangerous goods that are prone to hazards, and the national security agency shall be notified at the same time, and measures shall be taken to destroy them. If pollution needs to be eliminated, it should be reported to the health and epidemic prevention department for disposal. Other dangerous goods can be reclaimed by the sender within a time limit. For other non-dangerous goods in the internal parts, they shall be sorted and resealed, and the certificate shall be sent to them or the recipient shall be notified to collect them at the delivery link.


        (4) When enterprises discover all kinds of publications, publicity materials, and printed materials that endanger national security, social and political stability, and are obscene, they should promptly notify the public security, national security, and press and publication departments to deal with them.


        (5) When an enterprise finds items that are harmful to public health and perishable items, it should notify the sender to take it back within a specified time as the case may be. If it is unable to notify the sender to take it back, it can be destroyed on the spot.


        (6) If the enterprise has improper packaging that may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other delivery items and equipment, it shall notify the sender to take it back within a specified time after being discovered during the collection and delivery process. If it is found in transit or delivery, it shall be handled properly according to the specific circumstances.


        (7) When an enterprise finds articles prohibited from entering or leaving the country, it shall be handed over to the customs for processing.


        (8) In other cases, the relevant government regulatory authorities may be notified to deal with it.
